簡       歷:

2005年本科畢業于吉林大學機械工程學院,同年免試進入中科院長春光學精密機械與物理研究所學習,并于2010年獲工學博士學位(MEMS方向)。畢業后加入中國科學院蘇州生物醫學工程技術研究所,歷任助理研究員、副研究員、研究員。自工作以來先后與瑞士聯邦理工(ETH)和日本大阪大學進行階段性聯合科學研究工作,主要從事超精密納米加工技術和高性能納米光學材料合成技術在生物醫學工程領域中的應用研究。作為負責人,先后主持完成了國家自然科學基金青年基金、江蘇省自然科學基金青年基金、國家重大科研裝備研制項目超分辨顯微光學核心部件及系統研制中子課題“熒光納米標準板”等項目。
