先后在日本和美國從事科研工作。目前擔任中國儀器儀表學會醫療儀器分會理事,中國生物醫學工程學會青年委員會副秘書長,《圖學學報》 編委, 國家藥監局器械中心創新醫療器械特別審查專家,中國科學技術出版社有限公司(暨科學普及出版社)科技/科普專家。

致力于微創診療研究,以微創手術為背景、以精準診療為目標,通過關鍵技術突破,構筑微創診療整體化解決方案。研究內容涵蓋應用基礎研究到儀器系統研制。

主持4項國家自然科學基金項目、1項中國科學院科研裝備研制項目、1項國家重大科研裝備研制項目子課題、1項山東省重大科技創新工程、2項江蘇省重點研發計劃、1項中科院國際合作項目19項科研項目。

發表科技論文120篇,以第一作者/通訊作者在柳葉刀旗下eClinicalMedicine、eBioMedicine,放射學領域Eur. Radiol.、J. Magn. Reson. Imaging,生物醫學工程領域Pattern Recognit.、Artif. Intell. Med.、Comput. Meth. Programs Biomed.、Comput. Med. Imaging Graph.、Int. J. Med. Inform.,等期刊發表SCI收錄論文50篇,授權發明專利15項,美國專利1項。

研究方向:

(1) 基于智能計算的精準醫療:利用影像、基因、病理、生化等臨床大數據,借助人工智能、數據分析挖掘和信息融合技術,開展疾病患病風險預測、智能輔助診斷及預后預測研究,為臨床決策提供個性化解決方案。

(2) 手術導航及機器人融合術前、術中醫學結構影像或分子影像(包括內鏡圖像)信息,輔助空間定位技術(包括機器人),開展相關疾病的微創診斷和治療的臨床前研究。

(3) 低劑量錐束CT:基于平板探測器,通過低采樣率投影數據的精確三維重建、局部投射區域三維重建及多能譜信息分離等研究,開展低劑量新型類CT、錐束CT成像研究。
